Loving mother to two children, Tina Marie passed away unexpectedly. She was born in Lodi, CA and attended Lodi High School and Delta College. Tina Marie started her professional career working as a branch manager at American General, moved to the City of Galt as an Administrative Assistant, then later joined San Joaquin County as an Eligibility Worker for the Human Services Department for the past 6 years. Tina Marie is survived by husband Dewayne Turner, children Tiffany Turner and Dewayne Turner Jr, step son Isaiah Turner, brother Armando Solis (Ana), grandniece Avery, grandnephew Aisyn, along with many aunties, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and Bella her long-time pup. She was preceded in death by mother Ernestina Conde Solis and grandmother “Wita” Maria Villa.
Tina Marie was a strong, independent and proud woman who dedicated her life to her kids. She was a fantastic cook of traditional Mexican food and wowed family and friends with her ceviche. She loved the moon and had several tattoos of it. Blue was her favorite color and she used just about every shade of it when decorating her home. She was a wiz at couponing and delighted at bargain shopping. She was an avid San Francisco 49ers fan and enjoyed cheering them on with her entire family. Tina Marie loved to impersonate “Witas” Spanglish version of Happy Birthday; we all got a kick of her “monklee”. She enjoyed watching Sex and the City and collected the entire series. She expressed her opinions in a strong, loud and direct manner, you knew where you stood with her.
Tina Marie’s greatest accomplishment and love were her two kids, supporting them academically and with various extracurricular activities including cheerleading and Pop Warner football. Tina Marie will be remembered for her strong commitment and unwavering support of her kids.
Tina Marie will be missed, she left us way too soon! A private memorial service will be held; her family requests you honor her memory personally.
