A SHOPPER was slammed for stocking up on a bargain deal while doing her food shop.
The bargain hunter shared the money-saving deal on social media, but it seemed not everyone was impressed with her post.
Taking to Facebook, the woman revealed she found bottles of Fanta on sale for £1.
Tempted by the cheap deal she found in Asda, she decided to stock up and put ten bottles in her trolley.
Clearly chuffed by her find she shared the sale on the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group.
She said: “Pallets full of £1 2L bottles of drink yes I bought 10 it’ll last me forever also diet coke, flavoured coke, there was Pepsi at 77p and cans of Pepsi 8 in a pack for £1.75.
“Far as I’m aware no other Asda local to East Anglia has this offer its just Stoke Park in Ipswich atm.”
The woman share a picture of her trolley, but it seemed some people were jealous of her bargain find.
One remarked: “I wouldn’t have bought them all. I’d have left some for others.”
But the savvy shopper hit back: “As stated loads on the shelf 100s left in the store.”
Others were quick to praise her for her bargain find and revealed they would’ve also stocked up on the deal.
One person wrote: “I would of bought this many, why should you have to apologise. No one knows how many people you take care of. Even if it is just yourself, no one knows if maybe you shop monthly or less.”
Another commented: “In today’s economy it’s everyone for themselves I would do the same if I had the money and the room to store them.”
“Good bargain,” penned a third.
Meanwhile a fourth said: “Why?? If you can afford to buy loads, then why would you not stock up?”
“A Fanta-stic deal,” claimed a fifth.
Someone else added: “Either thank the poster for letting you know of the bargain or move along.”
