Rachel R. Collins, 43, of Burnham, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 16, 2022, at Geisinger-Lewistown Hospital.
Born on Feb. 8, 1979, in Lewistown, she was a daughter of the late Connie (Bedlyon) Ort and Timothy Ort, who survives.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by; a son, Atticus Collins.
In addition to her father, she is survived by; children, Bo Duke, Cheyanne Duke and companion, Parker Clark, of Burnham, and Aidin Collins, and companion, Max Kelly, of Eddystone; siblings, Tabitha Hoy and companion, Jason Drake, of McVeytown; Aunts, Diane McCalips, and husband, Bob, and Shirley Bedlyon, both of Lewistown; cousin, Alan Bedlyon, and many loving cousins.
Rachel attended Ellen Chapel Church.
She was a Lewistown Area High School graduate, Class of 1998.
Rachel loved her dog, Beast. She enjoyed couponing, painting, watching TV, reading, crafting and cosmetics.
Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
